below are the enchant bar terms and conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Enchant website and to bookings and visits made with Enchant. By using this website or visiting the venue you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. About Us
Enchant is a hospitality venue located at First Floor, Contract House, Stone, Staffordshire, United Kingdom. We operate an immersive cocktail bar offering drinks food themed experiences.
3. Bookings and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability.
Some experiences may require a deposit or full payment at the time of booking. Payments are processed securely through our booking partners. Booking confirmations and reminders are sent via email.
4. Cancellations and Amendments
Cancellation and amendment policies vary depending on the experience booked. Please refer to the specific booking terms provided at the time of booking. Failure to attend without notice may result in the loss of any deposit or payment made.
5. Arrival and Late Entry
Guests are encouraged to arrive on time for their booking. Late arrivals may result in reduced experience time or refusal of entry depending on availability. No refunds will be given for any pre-payments if late arrivals bookings cannot go ahead.
6. Age Restrictions
Enchant operates a Challenge 25 policy. Valid photo identification may be required. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult where applicable. We're unable to allow under 18's after 9pm.
7. Health and Safety
Guests must follow all health and safety guidance provided by Enchant staff. We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to anyone behaving in a manner that may put others at risk. We politely ask that guests do not stand in front of the server/welcome section of the bar.
8. Allergens and Dietary Requirements
We provide allergen information on request. Guests with dietary requirements or allergies should inform staff before ordering. While we take care, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment due to working with third party suppliers.
9. Behaviour and Conduct
We expect all guests to behave respectfully. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave if behaviour is disruptive unsafe or inappropriate.
10. Damage to Property and glass theft
Guests may be held responsible for any damage caused to Enchant property due to negligence or misconduct. Any damages and/or theft made by guests will result in there authorised card being charged to cover costs of replacements and/or loss of trade. If authorised cards are not provided (e.g. walk in table) CCTV footage will be passed over to the police and our legal department.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text images and branding is the property of Enchant and may not be reproduced without permission. We are in no way associated with or endorsed by any brands who we may create 'inspired by' experienced based on, for example our themed afternoon teas or savour the screen experiences.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective once published on the website and will be followed by all current and future bookings/visits to Enchant.
13. Wheelchair access
We're based on the first floor of contract house, with only one entry and access point which is up a flight of stairs. Unfortunately, we do not have any other available access points into the venue.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
